Art Gallery memorial requires discretion

Marlborough Fine Arts asked us to provide Sound coverage & Lighting for a memorial event. We used our Presentation PA System to relay the speeches throughout the gallery as well as giving reinforcement to the David Gordon Trio who admirably performed a tasteful musical backdrop. Our compact & stylish Q106 Speakers we're just the right look for such a sensitive event. We we're also asked to Record The Event & transfer the results to CD as a memento of the day.

Comedy Store event raises the roof

One of our regular events & always a pleasure! We used our Presentation PA System as there can be up to 150 people at this dinner event. We also used our professional Stage Lighting. The comedians only required a couple of Mics & somewhere to plug in a guitar, however the cabling had to cover a great distance so we spent most of our time making sure everything was secure. We left the system with the Comedy Store's in-house engineer Simon who ran the show.

Conference Call in Square Mile of London

We received a call late on Friday night from city law firm Sidley Austin. A large board meeting was taking place and there were fears that people at the back may not be able to hear. We arrived at 7am on Monday & installed our Speech PA System. A Radio Lapel Mic was used for the various board members & a Wireless hand held Microphone was passed around the room for Q&A. Installation took us less than an hour & we were back to collect the equipment after lunch...

Podcasting Seminar in West-End Theatre

After a last minute change of venue due to unprecedented demand, the New Players Theatre was chosen for the Radio Academy's Podcasting seminar & it was rammed! We used six Tabletop Mics on the panel plus two Roving Mics for Q&A. The event was a great success! We were asked to Record The Event with an express turn around on the Podcast & we delivered it first thing next morning. Special thanks goes to Holly from New Players Theatre for making life a lot easier!!!

New Years Eve LED lighting spectacular

This regular client had high expectations for us to raise the bar for this important party. We were asked to Light a band, a stairwell, a NYE casino room, the downstairs restaurant area plus several performances around the venue. With such large areas to cover much planning was needed! We chose a selection of LED Lighting to cover all of the rooms as it is safe, very simple to install & most importantly looks great. As you can see from the photograph it made quite an impact!!!!

HIV Conference in Shoreditch Town Hall

Certainly one of the more challenging events we have done. The day was organized in the main room at Shoreditch Town Hall, a great room with an exceptionally high ceiling. However, high ceilings can lead to a difficult situations with acoustics. We used our Conference PA System running 5 Panel Mics and 4 Radio Mics for questions & are glad to report that with our carefully selected equipment (& useful advice from Jerry at the venue!) we came through it with flying colours!

Speech at National Trust venue relaunch

The magnificent main hall in Osterley Park was the venue for this National Trust event. Having been let down by a larger AV company they gave us a call. We used our ME36 Miniature Rifle Mic & integrated stand for a smart & simple look. The acoustics of the room were fantastic so our Speech PA System was sufficient. As with all heritage venues we took extra care with the installation. Returning at 9pm to collect we were thanked for helping make the relaunch so sucessful.

Off Shore Pirate Radio Extravaganza

The stars were truly out in force for this celebration of sixties pirate radio stations at Reef in the West End. The DJ's from Radio Caroline, Radio London, Radio Scotland & many more besides all contributed to what has become our largest event to date. We used an expanded version of our Conference PA System as well as Recording the Event & supplying Stage Lighting. It was a long day with very tight schedules, but the team worked very hard to produce a resounding triumph!
